Have you ever wondered where Graham Crackers came from and why they were made?. Well, today is your lucky day, published around the late 19th century "Honey Grahams Delicious Recipes" booklet features various dessert recipes made from Graham Crackers. This exhibit explores the history of the 19th century in Canada. You will be exploring social roles, the rise of the industrial revolution and the rapid economic growth and what it leads to. You will be surprised at how much information can be extracted from a cookbooklet about our Canadian history.
