Honey varies in taste and colour. It is available in a multitude of colours ranging from white to very dark brown. This occurs due to the different types of flowers that the nectar is collected from. Generally, lighter coloured honeys have a more delicate flavour while a darker coloured honey has a more robust and richer flavour.
