Did You Know?

A popular way to enjoy pork is to pickle it in Mennonite culture. The Canadian Mennonite Cookbook includes instructions for preparing and pickling various pig parts that would have been eaten cold. Typically, it was feet, ankles, ears, tongue, and heart that were pickled. Have you ever wondered how that might taste?
