In 1925 a pamphlet style of cookbook entitled, Health and Wealth from Waterless Cooking was released for purchase to the general public. The contents of the Eaton’s cookbook gives the impression that it was marketed towards housewives, most likely belonging to wealthier families who had the means to purchase the latest cookware and ingredients that contributed towards a healthy diet at the time. One of the cookbook’s objectives is to communicate the advancements in technology that lead to the novel understanding of the best cookware to use in order to keep the nutritious contents within the food. This is executed by providing recipes for healthy meals along with instructions indicating how the food should be prepared using the Vapo-Seal Aluminum Cooker, the product that is advertised throughout the cookbook.

The cookbook is written in English and features colourful images that complement the text, most of which display the different cooking tools and ingredients as they are described. The flow of the cookbook is well organized; segments are divided up using headings that are labeled with large bold orange font, some inclusive of subheadings in smaller black font within the larger sections. There is a total of twelve different sections including: New Cooking Processes, Keeping the Food in the Food, Waterless Cooking, More Delicious Foods at Lower Cost, Fuel Economy and Convenience, Use and Care for Vapo-Seal Aluminum Cooker, Time Table for Cooking Foods in the Aluminum Cooker, 9 Advantages of Health and Economy Cooking the Waterless Way in the Vapo-Seal Aluminum Cooker, Tested Recipes, Dessert, Fruit, and Additional Inserts.
