The Fredericton Cathedral Organ Fund Cookery Book is a fantastic cookbook developed in 1907 by the members of the Fredericton Cathedral Church. It was sold to replace their organ in the church. The cookbook is printed on plain brown paper, with black text and very few images, just one displayed on the cover of a winged chef stirring the contents of a heart-shaped receptacle. The cookbook has 164 pages with recipes ranging from cakes and breads to fish and meats. The book is written in plain English and very easy to understand. Recipes range from quick and easy to complex and preparation time needed. This cookbook is for everyone, there are many recipes, sometimes more than one or two or per page, and this wide variety, leads to a cookbook that everyone could find a dish they prefer, or would enjoy making. This cookbook can stand the test of time, with most if not all recipes being able to be recreated today.
