Did You Know?

The Good Eating cookbook is not formatted like a typical cookbook. Rather than having the binding running lengthwise on the left-hand side, Good Eating has a stapled binding at the top, going widthwise across the book. Some versions even have a plastic, red coil binding instead of staples! So, rather than flipping pages from right to left, pages in Good Eating are flipped from bottom to top, similar to a rolodex.
