Did You Know?

"Vitamin G" is an outdated term for Vitamin B2 (part of the Vitamin B complex), also known as Riboflavin. This cookbook refers to Vitamin G when discussing all of the nutritious vitamins found in milk. Riboflavin is an important factor in growth and energy production and is still highlighted in advertisements today to show some of the nutritional benefits of drinking milk.
