As mentioned, Marye Dahnke worked for Kraft Cheese Company for almost 40 years. But did you know that she helped to increase America's overall cheese consumption? She started out in 1925, handing out cheese samples at various stores. She was later given the opportunity to travel and spread techniques on how to use cheese in different recipes. Prior to the release of the Salad Book, Dahnke also published The Cheese Cook Book.
